Returns and refunds

Made to order
Because each piece is made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds on custom-made jewellery.

Faulty items
If your piece arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it at hello@mellafinejewels.com.au and we will make it right.

Resizing
Your first resize is free of charge and is available within 12 months of purchase. Please send your piece back to us at your own cost, and we will cover the shipping to return it to you.

If you are having trouble finding the right fit, please contact us before you order for tips and tricks, so we can aim to get it right from the start.
